Bloem Performance specialises in automotive services including, but not limited to, engine tuning, performance upgrades, dyno testing, suspension tuning, custom exhaust systems, and general car maintenance. 3. Bookings and Appointments
- All service bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Bloem Performance.
- We require reasonable notice for any booking cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
4. Pricing and Payments
- All prices for our services will be communicated to you prior to commencement of work.
- Full payment is required upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept various payment methods, which will be specified at the time of service.
5. Guarantees and Warranties
- Bloem Performance provides guarantees on workmanship for a specified period, which will be detailed at the time of service or part installation.
- Any manufacturer warranties on parts installed will be passed on to the client where applicable.
- These guarantees do not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or further modifications not performed by Bloem Performance.
6. Vehicle Responsibility
- While your vehicle is in our care, Bloem Performance will take all reasonable precautions to protect it. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, or issues arising from undisclosed defects.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is insured to their satisfaction while undergoing work at our facility.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Bloem Performance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (c) any content obtained from the services; and (d) unauthorised access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or Territory.
